Finally Jason got my living room floor done! I have wanted laminate flooring in this room since we moved in this house three years ago. I cannot believe how gross carpeting is. When they were ripping the carpet up, the dirt and sand that was falling out was amazing it looked like I never vacuumed this house, when I vacuum every day. Then when they took the pad up, the san that was under that was amazing. I have pictures of that. The next day they put up the molding around the doors and the trim at the bottom of the walls. It looks like a new house. I love it. Now I just need to find a rug I like to put in the middle so Shelby has something to crawl around on.
I have Jason finally convinced to get rid of all the carpet in the house. We now are going to do Emma's room on Saturday.
Holy cow, the living room looks huge! I love the wood laminate too, it's very pretty! =0) So excited to visit and actually walk on it! haha!! =0)

ReplyDeleteAwesome! Was Dad not able to help? It looks awesome and now you get to go carpet shopping! That'd be my favorite part! That laminate floor cleaner is awesome - always made the floors at Bob and Tina's look fantastic even with B&G&D all over them!
ReplyDeleteFinally, the long wait is over! And you've got a spacious living room huh. Carpets are still good for your home. But to make cleaning easier, installing a new floor is definitely the better option. Well, I wish you guys good luck on your nest room makeover!
